Carroll Vista Sale and Signing

Saturday morning I had the distinct honor of having a table at the Carroll Vista Arts and Crafts Fair where I sold and signed copies of my books.

Carroll Vista is a beautiful retirement community just outside Taneytown, Maryland, and is full of wonderful and kind residents that I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and conversing with.

I was given a table in the clubhouse's library, a room I shared with one of the most talented, kindhearted and wise people I've ever met: a Ms. Rosa Marie Williams who crafts handmade sweaters, jewelery, jewelery boxes, purses, and all sorts of clothing under the name of Lady Deveaux. She rightly, and humbly, ascribes her talents and skills to God -a belief we share.

As for my table, I sold copies of Carnival Week, Return to the Shore, and Cross of the Confederacy (which sold out in an hour). I just wanted to thank everyone who came out to support me, to visit me (especially Mike, Ian, Maralyn, and Lois) or to buy books from me. It was an incredible experience getting to meet so many people, and to anyone who took the time to speak with me, I want to say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
